Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that people online have become more inconsiderate of others. I see it happen a lot in MMORPG’s now. You pick a spot where no one is even around and you have just one little area that you kinda claim off to the side so you can complete the quest, when some inconsiderate person just runs into your area and takes everything there before you can even move. Then you confront them and they just talk down to you and say you suck at the game.
I have played tons of games in the past 15 years I have been messing with computers, and I must say that the I.Q. of the general internet population is dropping so fast. We have people that call veterans of games “noobs” because we don’t act like assholes like they do. We get called slow and stupid because we don’t rush right into anything and think things over before acting. Yet we are the “noobs”!
I am writing this as I have just ended a lengthy discussion with a few people in 3 different games so far. I got tired of the crap in one game and switched to another, just to find the same crap just new surroundings.
I will most likely just quit playing any games from now on, if the I.Q. of the majority of online gamers is already this low, I hate to see the future.
